📝 Return and Refund Policy

At Acurruco Café , we strive to offer you the highest quality products and service that makes you smile (and wag your tail like our dogs 🐶!).

Because our coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns of opened products or products that have been tampered with after delivery, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrived with any errors or damage, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt and we will help you resolve the issue.

Situations that apply for refund or replacement:

  • You received a different product than the one you ordered.
  • The package arrived significantly damaged (and affects the quality of the product).
  • The product arrived in poor condition.

Refunds do not apply if:

  • The coffee has already been opened, used or tampered with.
  • You didn't like the taste (although we do accept suggestions for improvements!).
  • It's been more than 7 days since delivery.
